Return & Replacement Policy
At ProBadge Solutions, every name badge is made to order and customized for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items produced according to the approved proof and order details.
Our Guarantee
If we make a mistake—such as a spelling, design, or layout error that differs from your approved proof or the information you submitted—we will promptly reproduce and replace the affected badge(s) at no cost.
How to Request a Replacement
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the incorrect badge(s)

Once verified as our production error, we’ll prioritize your replacement.
Important Notes
- We cannot replace badges for customer-provided errors (e.g., misspelled names submitted on the order), changes requested after proof approval, or minor color variations due to monitor/printer differences.
- Replacements are for the incorrect items only; all other items in the order remain final sale.
- If a shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim and replacement.
